Shipping policy

Products will be dispatched within 48 Hours of order confirmation. 

We have implemented certain safety measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 such as daily temperature checks for staff, staff sanitizing their hands & wearing masks during packing & resting the products for up to 24 hours before handing over to the delivery partner.

Standard delivery can take up to 6-10 working days depending on where you live. During covid-19 lockdown, delivery delays are expected & we request you to please bear with us. 

Our Refund policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personal Care items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

In the case of a cancellation, if you are able to cancel the purchase before the order has been dispatched already you will get a full refund minus transaction fees. If the product has already been dispatched, refunds will be the product value minus transaction & logistics costs.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
